When will my package arrive?+
That’s the surprise. We randomly distribute dispatches across each paid month. Gifts dispatch within 30 days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier. Your billing date is predictable; your packages aren’t.
Can I choose my box?+
No. Packaging varies, but there’s no catalog and nothing to collect. We choose a mailer or box for each delivery.
Can I cancel or change my address?+
Use “Manage subscription” to access your secure billing portal. Cancel future renewals anytime. Packages already paid for remain in the queue. Update your shipping address in the portal before dispatch.
Isn’t this a waste of cardboard?+
It uses real packaging and postage to deliver a feeling. We keep packaging simple, use recyclable materials where possible, and encourage reuse. If that tradeoff isn’t for you, we understand.
