Nothing, explained.

Nothing Is Coming is a Useless Labs service delivering empty packages to U.S. addresses. Packaging varies. There are no items, inserts, filler, or collectibles inside.

Payment and delivery

Occasionally costs $12/month for around one package, Regularly costs $24/month for around two, and Too Much costs $39/month for around four. Postage is included. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Dispatch dates are randomized within each paid billing period; carrier transit time is additional. Gifts cost $15 once and dispatch within 30 days of payment. We do not promise a particular delivery date or packaging style.

Cancellation, addresses, and problems

Cancel future renewals using Manage subscription. Cancellation does not remove packages paid for in the current period. Contact the support address on your Stripe receipt for address changes, lost packages, mistaken orders, or a refund request. A change cannot redirect a package already dispatched. Refunds and statutory rights are handled through support; packages not yet dispatched are removed from the queue when a payment is refunded.

Your information

We receive the purchaser’s email, the recipient’s name and delivery address, payment reference, and shipment tracking to operate the service. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store card numbers. Delivery details are shared with the carrier used to ship your package. We do not sell personal information or send marketing notifications. A gift recipient is not subscribed or emailed.

Contact the support address on your receipt to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Financial and delivery records may be retained where necessary to resolve disputes or meet recordkeeping requirements.
